The Fifth Plenary session of 19th CPC Central Committee inspect and approved the Proposal of the CPC Central Committee on the Fourteenth Five-Year Development Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Vision Goals for 2035. The proposal regards high-end equipment and artificial intelligent as future development trend and direction.
Jiangsu provincial government has issued and implemented Made in China 2025 Jiangsu Action Program, in the program, intelligent manufacturing is clearly served as the goal of Jiangsu to become manufacturing-strong province, and gain competitive momentum in the new round competition to come.
In response to CPC and government’s requests positively, and take advantages of our superiority on high-end equipment manufacturing and profound field experience, through streamlining our resources in scope of research and development, manufacturing, sales and marketing, we established Jiangsu Mingyue Intelligent equipment Corporation.
MANYOR initially developed a new-generation intelligent robot friction stir welding system. Based on high-rigid KUKA KR500, combined with Germany electric spindle, integrating advanced processing techniques such as stationary shoulder, bobbin-tool, tailored-welding. The system equipped with control platform of independent intellectual property, integrated off-line programing, life management of tool, processing expert programs.
Based on multiple years of field experience, and in-depth understanding of friction stir welding, the complicated alternating thermal-mechanical solid welding process. We think twice in terms of automation, digitalization, and intelligent from the manufacturing frontline, and presented new total solution for NEV, 5G industries.
Meanwhile, we provide fixture design and fabrication, process consultation, training, trial manufacturing, equipment upgrading, etc.
